1st time visit. Loved it! Buns are sourced locally and the burgers are delicious! The atmosphere is comfy and there's outside shaded seating available too. I was too full from the food to try one of the milkshakes. Next time I am definitely visiting with an empty stomach because the food is heavy!

Excellent burgers!! I was kindly greeted by the young man behind the register. He complimented my order choices, was happy in our exchange. The ordering process was smooth. They give you a number to place at your table, to bring your order to you. My order arrived promptly and the food was hot and fresh. My burger was delicious. The tator tots were perfectly crisp. My chocolate shake was great. I really enjoyed the ambiance and everything to do with my experience at Ed's Burger Joint. I absolutely recommend this spot if you're searching for a cool, fun place to have a delicious burger & a shake. I loved it.

Better melts than Steak'n'Shake or Whataburger. Cheeseburger was super special or bad but spot on! Prices have jumped within the past year or so though. Will be back and recommend!

Burgers were tasty & well seasoned. Your first hint of kitchen goodness was in the air from the parking lot. Plain Fries were fine, but the loaded versions seemed like the way to go. Got the heavy Eddie which was a fun burger that was wonderfully created with 2 perfectly made grilled cheese sandwiches as buns surrounding a double beef patty. By sealing the cheese into the “ buns,” it also made such a large burger “less messy.” The mushroom burger was equally well prepared & flavorful. The atmosphere is fun with “post it’s” everywhere for the “readers & writers.” Front has outdoor seating & yard games for the young & “not” so young!

The first meal in Hattiesburg for this weary traveler was at Ed's Burger Joint. What a great impression. I noticed that they sold shakes and asked if they could make a chocolate malt. She said of course, brightening my day. It went perfect with my Ed's Deluxe.

I went with my husband and his dad, it was our first visit. I got the El Gooey(Pimento Cheese burger)and I enjoyed it, there was just enough of the cheese. My husband ordered the Ed's Deluxe, and father in law got the bacon cheeseburger. They both loved theirs. We split the family size onion rings, which have the best flavored breading, almost like fried chicken. There's a selection of bottled, canned and draft beers. I really liked the Lucy B on draft. We sat upstairs, outside since the weather was nice.

Great atmosphere! Menu has a variety of eats! Excellent flavor. Family/kid friendly. We enjoyed a late lunch today after a day at the zoo! We were greeted immediately upon entering. We ordered at the counter/bar area. Service was excellent. I loved the funky garage vibes and all of the sticky notes. Super cute. The food came out pretty quick. The kids enjoyed playing on the patio while waiting for our food. We enjoyed everything that we ordered. We will definitely stop back in when we are in town!
